Sheval Megan is a BB sized (small) dark red formal decorative dahlia. Introduced in 2011 by T. Bratcher in the UK. This would be our favorite dahlia if we didn’t have Bloomquist Jean. It grows vigorously with long straight stems that hold it upright even in summer storms. And it hands down beats the other dahlias in its class in the shows. For us, this dahlia grew at the top end of its size class with magnificent blooms on long straight stems. This is one that is never left over at the end of the day in the farm-stand. If you grow cut flowers, this should be in your garden.
