Rose Toscano is a fine Miniature Formal Decorative orange dahlia. It as introduced in 1991 by H.and B. Brown here in the States. It is the top winner in its class everywhere in the US,and a strong growing plant with many blooms on decent stems for cut flowers.The orange color is a milder orange and not so bright that it distracts as a cut flower.
