Description
Elvira is a Miniature Peony Dahlia introduced by Eckhoff in 1994 here in the States. This Dark Pink dahlia looks much like a small mum bloom. It is a low growing plant with many, many blooms. This makes it a great garden flower and a suitable bloom for small vases. We like it and have grown it for many years.
