Cafe Au Lait (Mini) is a B sized (Medium) Informal Decorative (though it can look quite perfectly formed for an informal dahlia) dahlia that is a creamy blend of pinkish white (sometimes this dahlia is called Jolene). It is extremely popular with designers for weddings and the like. It tends to be a bit crotchy (relatively short stems, so it should be dis-budded for best results), and it tends to bloom late (June weddings not so much, unless you start early). But the form and color of the “mini” is quite consistent.
