Cafe Au Lait (Mini) is a B sized (Medium) Informal Decorative (though it can look quite perfectly formed for an informal dahlia) dahlia that is Pink (sometimes this dahlia is called Jolene). It is extremely popular with designers for weddings and the like. It tends to be a bit crotchy (relatively short stems,so it should be dis-budded for best results), and it tends to bloom late (June weddings not so much, unless you start early). But the form and color of the “mini” is much quite consistent. It is a very popular dahlia.
