Swan’s Olympic Flame is a B sized (Medium) Formal Decorative Flame Color (leaning more toward orange than reds), introduced by Swan Island in 1991. It still wins in the shows, but that isn’t its strong suit. It is a delicate dahlia that doesn’t like its petals crushed. But it has fine form and is a fine dahlia for a vase. We got so we would just keep what we cut for ourselves and friends and wouldn’t put them in the cut flower stand.
